Let’s face it, it’s never fun to be involved in any type of legal matter, but if you have to be, Jim Clark is your best bet! I had been employed by a company that wasn’t allowing us our rest periods. I just figured based on the type of business it was, it was too difficult for anyone to cover us while we took breaks. After changing companies, I became increasing aware of the steps they took to make sure we got our breaks, kind of shed light on how poorly the other company was running things.

I’m not the type of person to go around suing people, money is an obvious reason that I decided to move forward with the case, but it’s also about big corporations taking advantage of the little guy.
